Dr. Priyanka Taktawala

Dr. Priyanka Taktawala is a distinguished legal scholar specializing in corporate law and infrastructure development regulations, with a PhD in Law on “A Critical Study of Legal Regimen Governing Oppression of Minority Shareholders in India.” She earned gold medals for academic excellence in both her LL.M in Corporate & Business Law from Gujarat National Law University and her BBA LL.B (Hons.) in Corporate Law from Nirma University. Currently, she is pursuing a second PhD at the India International University of Legal Education and Research (HULER) with a Bar Council of India–Pearl Trust scholarship.
